Purpose and scope
BBBT Trust is exploring a safety, emergency-support, community, and rider-welfare layer for India's riding communities. These terms cover this website, its prototype screens, forms, and related conversations.
Prototype status and safety limits
The website is a prototype foundation. It is not a live emergency service, dispatch system, medical service, roadside-assistance service, insurance product, investment offer, or guarantee of coverage, help, or returns. In an emergency, contact official emergency services such as 112 in India.
Account responsibility
If you create or use a prototype account, keep your access details private and provide truthful, current information. Do not create an account for someone else without permission or misuse another person's identity or contact details.
Acceptable community behavior
Use BBBT respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass riders, submit malicious or misleading reports, impersonate a safety provider, interfere with the site, upload unlawful material, or use another person's information without permission.
Rider safety responsibility
Riders remain responsible for their own decisions, preparation, equipment, route, and safety. Prototype guidance is general information and does not replace professional medical, legal, roadside, or emergency advice.
Third parties and partners
Future Care Pits, community groups, vendors, service providers, and other partners may be independent third parties. BBBT does not currently guarantee their availability, conduct, quality, pricing, safety, or response.
Intellectual property
BBBT branding, names, logos, copy, designs, and prototype concepts belong to BBBT or their respective owners. Do not copy, modify, or use the BBBT brand in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
Suspension and termination
BBBT may limit, suspend, or end access to prototype systems where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the prototype at any time.
Limitation appropriate to a prototype
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the prototype is provided as-is and as-available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. BBBT is not responsible for reliance on prototype concepts or for emergency, medical, financial, partner, or third-party outcomes that it does not control.
